Sonnie Badu who was criticsed for dancing to Kwabena Kwabena and Samini’s “Adult Music” has said that he will dance again to the song but this time in his house. The multiple award-winning artiste speaking to Bola Ray on Starr FM in Accra said that he was not worried when Ghanaians used him as toothbrush after he danced to the song during his wedding ceremony. To him, he is glad that his wife loves the song because it is an African music.

Sonnie Badu who added that he will be at Kwabena Kwabena’s concert said the highlife artiste is a good songwriter and he sees nothing wrong with dancing to his music.

“I was not upset, I was not surprised as well. It all comes with the Job. Sometimes when one doesn’t get an information right, they portray it in a different way so once you get a good management, they deal with whatever they need to do.
When asked if he’ll dance once agina to the song Sonnie answered in the affirmative.

“Yes, with my wife in the house I would. She loves it, in fact she loves the beat and it was good introducing her to African music.

Kwabena Kwabena is a good songwriter. I would go to a Kwabena Kwabena show. In fact I spoke to him and I said yeah I’m coming to your show cos I’m a big fan of his.”

On getting to the front of the close, T Close, we observed the residents of the first few houses on the left hastily withdrawing their belongings from their homes; stuffing generators, plasma TVs, gas cylinders and the works into the back seat of their cars. Some had already driven their cars away! Immediately, we realised the fire was coming from the next cl
