Bomb blast hits Adamawa market

An explosion has been reported to have occured at Kasuwan Kuturu market in Mubi Adamawa state.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the Commissioner of Police in Adamawa said the bomb was targeted at a police patrol team but there were no casualties from the explosion.

This explosion is occuring three weeks after a similar explosion at a football viewing center in Mubi Adamawa, killing 14 people.
