MTN Awards Brilliant Students With Scholarship


MTN Foundation has awarded scholarship to 167 blind Nigerians. The aim of the social program is to help brilliant blind students with their career choice at various institutions of higher learning in Nigeria.

About 1,205 high performing science and technology students were also granted with various scholarships to complete their career at their institutions of education. Representatives of the Foundation are absolutely sure that investing allows to build a better future for Nigeria.

“We are here today to celebrate academic excellence in students who have worked extremely hard and who unquestionably deserve an opportunity to continue to pursue their dreams of a higher education. We also recognise the exemplary effort of a special group of students who have to overcome daily challenges in their quest for a brighter future,” said The Executive Secretary of MTN Foundation, Ms. Nonny Ugboma.
