Sevilla, Wolfsburg & the teams who can qualify for the Europa League knockouts this week
Twenty-two teams have already booked their ticket for the last-32 of this year's competition, meaning 10 places are still up for grabs on a decisive matchday six

Fourteen teams who started in the Europa League this year have already sealed qualification to the knockout rounds, while eight Champions League sides will also drop into the competition.

Besiktas, Celtic, Dinamo Moscow, Dynamo Kiev, Everton, Feyenoord, Fiorentina, Inter, Legia Warsaw, Napoli, PSV, Tottenham, Trabzonspor and Salzburg are those who have already secured progress.

They will be joined by third-placed Champions League sides Olympiakos, Liverpool, Zenit, Anderlecht, Roma, Ajax, Sporting Lisbon and Athletic Bilbao.

Eighteen clubs are in the running to fill the final 10 spots. Three of those sides are Borussia Monchengladbach, Villarreal and FC Zurich in Group A.

Monchengladbach will be through if they pick up a point against Zurich, while even a defeat could be enough for the Bundesliga side if Villarreal fail to win against Apollon.

The Spaniards will go through if they are victorious in their match and will get a reprieve if they fail to pick up three points as long as Zurich do not win against Monchengladbach. Only a victory would see Zurich progress.

Club Brugge, HJK Helsinki and Torino also face a three-way battle for two spots.

Club Brugge only need a draw to be sure of progress. A defeat could still be enough if Torino lose the group’s other game, while a loss by two goals or less would still see the Belgians through if the Italians were to draw.

HJK must beat Club Brugge and hope Torino lose their game in order to go through. As for the Italians, a win would guarantee their progress, while a draw would see them sweating over their goal difference stats compared to Brugge following the final game.

Inter are already through as Group F winners. If Qarabag defeat the San Siro side, they will join them in the last 32. A draw would also be sufficient as long as the group's other game was to end in a draw.

Saint-Etienne are playing Dnipro and need to better Qarabag's result at Inter to move through to the next stage. Dnipro must beat the Ligue 1 side and hope Inter at least ensure a draw if they are to progress.

Holders Sevilla meet Rijeka in a decisive Group G match. A draw would see Unai Emery's men go through, with their opponents needing a win to progress.

It is a similar scenario in Group H with Wolfsburg facing Lille in a vital clash. The Germans are in the driving seat knowing that a point would see them progress, while the French side need to win or they are out.

Group I has another decisive contest. Sparta Prague need a draw at Young Boys to go through, while the Swiss team require all three points to deny them.

In Group J Aalborg just need to match the result of Steaua Bucharest in the group's other game to make it to the next round. The Romanians need to win and hope their rivals slip up.

Finally, Guingamp play PAOK knowing a draw will see them through, with the Greeks needing a win to book a spot in the last 32.

POTENTIAL ENGLAND WORLD CUP 2018 STARTING XI

Joe Hart – Goalkeeper Currently still only 27, Hart definitely has atleast another World Cup left in him, and as he’s currently on of the best keepers in the Premier League, he’ll almost certainly still be at the top in 4 years, as goalkeepers tend to peak a lot later than outfield players.

THE FIRE ON 23 ROAD – FESTAC, LAGOS

A fire outbreak occured on 23 Road in Festac on Saturday the 14th, February, 2015 which is the popular Valentine's day. Jouleconcept's correspondent, Mr Juwah Awele covered the story and gave a report in form of an article about the occurrence. This can be read below: “There is fire in house 2! There were children locked inside the house…” those were the words of my elderly neighbour, Mrs A, returning from the scene of some ongoing tragedy. Immediately, my mother went for all our official documents she always keeps in a ready to go bag while, my father, brother and I set off in the direction of the blaze. On getting to the front of the close, T Close, we observed the residents of the first few houses on the left hastily withdrawing their belongings from their homes; stuffing generators, plasma TVs, gas cylinders and the works into the back seat of their cars. Some had already driven their cars away! Immediately, we realised the fire was coming from the next cl
